Introduction

We will not sell or rent your personal data.

GlamourBae, INC (the “Company”) has adopted this Privacy Policy to inform you about our website, mobile applications, and related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”) and the privacy practices that govern your access to and use of the Platform as a GlamourBae driver.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “you” refers solely to individuals accessing or using the Platform in their capacity as independent contractor drivers providing delivery or related services through GlamourBae.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, use, storage, and disclosure of all data and information submitted to, collected by, or maintained through the Platform by or about GlamourBae drivers, and is subject to GlamourBae’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth.

The Platform may enable you to provide delivery or related services to GlamourBae customers and to interact with third-party individuals or entities, including customers, vendors, brand partners, or other service providers (collectively, “Third-Party Partners”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, you will be deemed to have elected to engage with a Third-Party Partner if you use the Platform to facilitate or perform delivery services or other engagements associated with an order, request, or transaction involving such Third-Party Partner, whether initiated through the Platform or previously established outside of the Platform.

Data We Collect

We collect, process, use, and disclose information in accordance with this Privacy Policy that you submit, generate, or that is collected through your use of the Platform for the purpose of onboarding you as a GlamourBae driver and enabling you to provide delivery and related services through the Platform.

We process your personal data in a manner that is lawful, fair, and transparent. GlamourBae does not sell or rent your personal data.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use some or all of Your Information to create and maintain a driver profile for you (“Your Profile”) within the Platform. You may review, edit, update, and, where applicable, delete certain information in Your Profile through the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the information in Your Profile is accurate, complete, and up to date. You should not submit information that you do not wish to be shared with customers, vendors, or other third parties in connection with delivery services.

GlamourBae does not sell or rent your personal data.

Subject to this Privacy Policy and your use of the Platform, we may share Your Information with third parties as necessary to facilitate delivery services, operate the Platform, and comply with legal obligations. By using the Platform as a GlamourBae driver, you authorize us to share Your Information as described below.

Sharing with Customers, Vendors, and Partners

We may share limited portions of Your Information with GlamourBae customers, vendors, brand partners, or other third parties involved in a delivery transaction for the purpose of fulfilling orders, enabling communication, and completing delivery services. This may include your first name, profile photo, vehicle information (if applicable), delivery status, and approximate location during an active delivery.

Certain transactions or features may direct you to interact with third-party websites or services not controlled by GlamourBae. In such cases, the collection and use of your information will be governed by the privacy policies of those third parties. GlamourBae does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.

Financial and Tax Information

We will not disclose your taxpayer identification number (“TIN”) or your bank account or payment information to third parties except as necessary to:
(i) process payments to you through payment processors, or
(ii) comply with applicable tax, reporting, or legal obligations.

Service Providers and Data Processors

We may share Your Information with third-party service providers and data processors that assist us in operating the Platform and providing services, including but not limited to hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, identity verification, background checks, customer support, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and system maintenance. These parties are authorized to use Your Information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and in accordance with applicable law.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information

We may publicly share aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify you personally, such as general delivery volume statistics, geographic trends, or performance metrics.

Our service providers may be located outside of your state or country of residence, including in the United States. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal data is transferred and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Data Retention

We retain Your Information only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was originally collected, and/or as permitted by applicable law. You may request that Your Information be erased at any time. If you do so, the Company may retain Your Information for an additional period where permitted by law.

Please note that, if you request for Your Information to be erased, and we erase it, any third-party client companies whom you have elected to work with may still have copies of Your Information in their own systems. If you wish to have those companies erase Your Information as well, you should contact them directly. Please contact us if you require any assistance in this regard.

Safety of Minors

GlamourBae’s Platform and services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not allow minors to register as drivers and do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we discover that we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us right away.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend or revise this Privacy Policy at our discretion, and any such amendments or revisions shall be effective as of the date posted to the Platform. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy that materially affects your protections, we will notify you. If you do not agree with the change you may discontinue use of the Platform and request to have Your Information erased.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to your accessing or use of the Company’s Platform and to this Privacy Policy shall be governed by, where allowed by law, the arbitration provisions contained in the Company’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.

Our Mobile Apps

The GlamourBae Driver app syncs delivery and account data between your device and our servers in real time. All personal data you enter is transmitted to the Platform immediately and is not stored for offline use.

Media (photos, videos, or recordings) captured outside the app, or saved to your device’s gallery, will not be deleted automatically and must be removed manually.

The app may store your account email and password on your device to enable quick syncing. You can delete this information by logging out or uninstalling the app. On some devices, additional files may need to be manually removed after uninstalling.
